Samuel Newman

Samuel Newman returned to Bowling Green in 2021. He is a writer and video game developer, joining the Bowling Green Writers’ Workshop that same year and more recently founding the BG Gamedev Fireside Parley. In 2025, he co-founded the BG Boffers casual medieval combat re-enactment group. He was elected Treasurer of the Bowling Green Arts Council in 2026. He enjoys tabletop gaming, music, and pie.
